It all starts with the first call. An experienced associate will seek to learn the most about your project.

We will also discover if we are a mutual fit.

To be successful we will listen, learn, and capture your requirements.

Once we know enough we will offer a preliminary set of options and recommendations.

At times, the project scope calls for an on-site diagnostic.

Once we provide preliminary feedback, if you are ready, we proceed to schedule an onsite-diagnostic visit.

We are as flexible as possible to meet your available scheduling options.

Typically we arrive between 8:30AM and 9:30AM, or 1:30PM and 2:30PM.

You will receive an electronic service ticket for your approval. Once you approve we firm the schedule.

During the on-site diagnostic we more accurately evaluate your project and expectations.

We often will use specialty tools to measure key variables impacting our options.

Once finalized we will present our solution, including benefits, estimated execution time, and cost.

If you are ready and approve our estimate we create a work order and proceed to execution.

Most of the times we are able to start your project on the same day of your visit.

During execution we protect your home, keep our working area clean, and minimize disruptions.

As we make progress with the project we will keep you informed and updated on key milestones.

Once finalized we will present final results for your approval, which once received will conclude the project with invoicing and payment processing.
